Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Ritenour, 50, was appointed to the position of executive vice president and chief financial officer in April 2017. Ritenour is responsible for Devon’s corporate finance, treasury, planning, reserves, accounting, tax, internal audit, investor relations, marketing and supply chain functions. He has been with Devon since 2001, serving in various leadership roles, most recently as senior vice president of corporate finance, investor relations and treasury. Before joining Devon, Ritenour was with Ernst & Young in Dallas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in business administration, both from the University of Oklahoma.
